This article is dedicated solely to one of the best artiste to have ever come out of the North, Striker De Donzy. It will focus on his personal life and his life as an artiste. EARLY LIFE 

Striker De Donzy was born MASHUD, 3rd January 1995,   to BUSANGA(BISSA) and  Muslim  parents,  Mr. and Mrs. Adam at Langbensi, a multi-lingual town in the North-East of Ghana. He has a nuclear family of seven- three (3) brothers, two sisters and his parents. He is single.

For the multitude of dialects the star was  exposed to at tender age, he can speak,  with much proficiency, seven(7) languages ; Bissa, Mampruli, Dagbani, Hausa, Twi, Mossi and English. 

EDUCATION 

De Donzy, besides his musical enthusiasm, had same for education. He was enrolled in Langbensi R/C Primary School from  2007 to 2011. He, on the same year of completing his primary education, proceeded to  Langbensi Sungtaba Junior High School till 2014 where he sat for his BECE. His interest in music did not distract him from pursuing his educational goal. He gained admission to St. Joseph Technical High School from 2014 to 2017. He,upon completion , took up his musical career full-time. Though he’s on the peak of his musical endeavor, he still has plans going back to school.

MUSIC LIFE 

The UNRULY DON officially started his career in 2015 whilst he was still in Senior High School. He has been running the game ever since he came out. He was signed to SHAMS ENTERTAINMENT and for personal reasons parted ways some years after and currently works with TOP 10 ENTERTAINMENT. His road to stardom blazed up in the year 2018 where he won Artiste Of The Year for the maiden MAMPRUGU MUSIC AWARDS(MMA-2018). He proved his worth same year when he was, again, crowned the winner of The Discovery Video Of The Year at NORTHERN MUSIC AWARDS(NMA 2018) in Tamale. This mileage honored him the accreditation to perform on prestigious platforms along side bigger brands in the industry of whom include Fancy Gadam, Maccasio and most importantly at Stonebwoy’s annual ASHIAMA TO THE WORLD CONCERT 2018 in Accra. Same year, he graced prominent stages  including ATINKA TV’s Reality Show DI ASA in Walewale. He has shared same pulpits with  notable artistes, Fancy Gadam and Maccasio BUKOM BOXING ARENA, respectively, during DREAM ALBUM TOUR and NORTHERN EXPLOSION CONCERT both in Accra.

De Donzy after several hit singles to his name, launched his debut 14 track album, NDUGMA(MY LORD), to exalt the Most High for being part of his journey. The album achieved massive reception across the 5 regions of the North. He, in the year 2021, held the biggest concert, so far, in his career, at the Walewale Sports Stadium which chalked immense  attendance. He started the year 2022 with much exuberance as he dropped the first single out of his upcoming EP,UNRULY DON, which will be climaxed with a live concert at BUKOM BOXING ARENA in Accra, March 2022.

He has,through his influence, contributed to the growth of several upcoming musicians in Mamprugu notable of whom are Legend Boy, Hero, Dr.Stone Vanda Wal and Young Wise. He inaugurated his ownership of the musical thrown when he brought together several artistes from Mamprugu on a MAMERICA cypher which has since enjoyed tremendous airplay across the kingdom.

He has worked with bigger artistes including Kelvin Boy, Fancy Gadam and lately with Maccasio on his yet to be released EP. He has, by far, made praiseworthy impact on the music industry.

Music as a passion and business has paid him off. Though still in the journey, he can boast of many assets born out of music. He has with him a Motorcycle of Bennelle brand worth Ghs 9000 and another heavy Honda Motorbike worth Ghs 38, 765.38 .  In his garage also is a Corolla SE 2016 and a brand new BMW( worth Gh 200,000)  for private use and an Opel Zafira for commercial purposes. He has two bedroom Self-contained appartement in his hometown, Langbensi. His liquid cash in bank account is estimated to be over 500, 000 Ghanaian Cedis.
